PAYMENT 

For all bookings  full payment is requested to confirm the booking, unless the activity, session or day is booked more than 8 weeks in advance, in which case a 50% deposit is requested, with the balance payable 7 calendar days before the booking commencement date.

For group bookings, unless booked more than 18 weeks in advance, full payment is required within 14 days upon issue of invoice unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled by Bagnold Experiences Ltd.

Payment can be made by via bank transfer or by secure online debit/credit card payment.  (Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.) We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.  

All payments received must be in British pounds unless otherwise stated or agreed.

Payment by direct bank transfer may be subject to additional administration fees, with all bank transfer fees to be settled by the client.  To comply fully with UK anti-money laundering legislation, further information may be requested before bank transfers can be completed, including full details of payee account and, for larger payments (above £1,000), proof of ID may be required.

We kindly advise that no tutor travel will be booked until full payment, or when agreed, a suitable deposit, has been made. In the event of a cancellation / postponement (see appropriate fees above), non-refundable / non-transferable travel costs may be passed on to the client.

CANCELLATION 

Cancellation fees: within two calendar months in advance: 55%, up to 2 weeks in advance: 75%, within 8 calendar days prior: 100%. Postponement to a later date is considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Richard Bagnold Concierge Services3.  An amendment charge may be applied.

The course will be postponed by Bagnold Experiences Ltd should the client fail to complete and successfully submit the required registration form.  No money will be returned but the course will be moved to a new date of mutual convenience; any additional venue or travel costs will be passed on directly to the client.

Any deposit or pre-payment made by Bagnold Experiences Ltd on behalf of a client to a chosen venue/supplier is subject to the venue/supplier’s terms and conditions and may not be refundable.  If the terms and conditions of the venue/supplier necessitate a non-refundable deposit then the client will accept that their own deposit made to Bagnold Experiences Ltd may not be refundable.

In the unlikely event that a planned experience  with a stated minimum number of attendees does not meet the minimum number, Bagnold Experiences Ltds reserves the right to cancel the event. A full refund will be offered to fully enrolled personnel within seven working days. Bagnold Experiences Ltd cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred by guests due to a postponement or cancellation of an experience.

FORCE MAJEURE

Bagnold Experiences Ltd reserves the right to postpone any experience due to industrial action, national mourning, ill health or any other unforeseen occurrence.  We will make every best effort to inform the client in time.

MESCELLANEOUS

We ask all clients to arrive for the time stipulated on the experience confirmation notice unless agreed otherwise.  Bagnold Experiences Ltd representative will have to leave and no refund will be offered for clients who fail to show after 40 minutes without telephoning, texting or emailing to highlight their lateness.

Should a client fail to provide accurate and honest information about a booking, including but not limited to ages, group size, dietary, medical requirements and learning difficulties, Bagnold Experiences Ltd reserve the right to cancel or postpone the experience, retaining any monies paid to cover costs already incurred, including administration, and up to the full course fee.

For corporate clients we reserve the right to use your name or logo in our marketing materials unless we are informed in writing before the booking commencement date. We will ensure that no specific or sensitive details of the contract are revealed at any stage.

Bagnold Experiences Ltd also reserves the right to change or replace any modules on any of the listed courses; where possible clients will be notified of these changes. By submitting a registration form the client has accepted registration.  Acceptance and registration constitutes a contract.
