Richard Bagnold MBA FRSA was born and bred in London and has travelled extensively in the UK and overseas.
Formerly an officer in the Regular British Army for 20 years, he saw active service in several theatres. He was also selected to coach senior multi-national personnel at the UK’s elite training Defence Academy at Shrivenham.
From an early age he's been interested in fine food. Now, an award-winning food writer, he's one of the very few people – if not the only person – to have visited and reviewed every UK Michelin starred restaurant (first completed 2017). He has also reviewed numerous 3 Michelin starred establishments across the USA, Europe and Asia.
To his passion for good eating Richard has developed an outstanding knowledge of interesting places to visit in London and the Home Counties.
He combines this wide breadth of experience and unique network, to design and personally manage friendly, accompanied tailor-made tours to access exclusive and restricted venues - for those interested in the finer things of life.
